Our Botanical Shrubs are crafted from fruit, organic sugar, champagne vinegar for a softer feel, and whole botanicals to create vibrant mixers that bring balance and energy to a drink.
Shrubs, sometimes called drinking vinegars, have been used for centuries to add brightness and depth to cocktails, tonics, and refreshing drinks. Their gentle acidity lifts flavors, making each sip feel crisp, layered, and refreshing.
Each shrub in our collection is inspired by the landscape surrounding our farm in northern New Mexico, orchard fruit, desert herbs, garden harvests, and wild botanicals that thrive in the high desert.
