RETURNS + REFUND POLICY

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY (USA)

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@persimmonmoon.farm and we will do our best to address your concerns. 

Requests for returns must be made within 48 hours of delivery confirmation of your order. Any item you wish to return must have our advance authorization and must include Persimmon Moon's return authorization consent. All approved returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving return authorization from our support team. Items must be returned in the original packaging or adequately protective packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

International orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

SALE + DISCOUNTED ITEMS

All sale and/or discounted items are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order has arrived damaged or if you have received the incorrect item, please send us an email at hello@persimmonmoon.farm with detailed photos of the damage. Each item will be assessed and if eligible, a replacement or refund will be provided at Persimmon Moon's discretion.

Persimmon Moon Farm cannot be held responsible for damages, delays or additional charges incurred during shipping. Please contact the carrier directly.

LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS
Persimmon Moon Farm is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or mis-delivered parcels. Lost or stolen packages should be reported to the carrier. Packages returned to Persimmon Moon Farm due to improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds may not be applicable for any item returned to Persimmon Moon Farm that is not in the original condition, any item that is returned without prior authorization, or any item not postmarked within 7 days of receipt of Persimmon Moon Farm's return authorization consent.

Once your return is received + inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The buyer is responsible for paying their shipping costs to return their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Persimmon Moon Farm is unable to process refunds for returns we do not receive.

CHANGES TO ORDERS
Because we often ship items the same or next day, we cannot always accommodate requests for order revisions or changes. If the order has not shipped, we are happy to accept any changes you might have. Just send us an email at hello@persimmonmoon.farm and we'll do what we can to assist you.
